The working principle of the inclined guide column type lateral parting and core pulling mechanism of plastic injection molds
1. Mechanism
Using transmission parts such as inclined guide posts, the mold opening motion of the plastic injection mold is transmitted to the side flap closure module or the side core, so that it can move laterally and complete the parting and core pulling actions.
2. Action principle
The inclined guide column is fixed on the fixed die, and the slider is installed on the movable die, which can only move laterally relative to the movable die.
When the plastic injection mold is opened, the sliding block slides back with the moving mold and the inclined guide column relatively slides, and moves laterally to cause the core to come out of the side hole of the product.
3. Auxiliary role
Limit stop: When the inclined guide post is out of the slider, the slider is positioned to ensure that the plastic injection mold can be imported accurately when the mold is closed.
Tension spring: Prevent the slider from sliding under the action of gravity and leave the correct position.
Clamping block: lock the lateral core to the correct molding position, resist the melt pressure, and prevent the plastic injection mold core from retreating.
